Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the OKE Advisory website and any services booked or purchased through it, including the African Business Scale Kit, the 90-Minute Diagnostic, the Monthly Retainer, and the 30-Day Sprint. By booking a call, making a payment, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
OKE Advisory provides operational advisory services to businesses, delivered through self-service digital products, single-session diagnostics, ongoing retainers, and embedded sprint engagements. The specific scope of any paid engagement will be confirmed directly with you before work begins.
2. Not Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice
OKE Advisory provides operational and business advisory services. We are not a law firm, accountancy, or licensed financial advisor, and nothing we provide should be treated as legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. You should seek independent professional advice on legal, tax, and financial matters specific to your business.
3. Booking and Payment
Prices for our services are shown on the website in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed through Flutterwave or Selar, our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. A booking or purchase is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received confirmation from us.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Discovery calls and diagnostics may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice via the original booking link. The Monthly Retainer requires a minimum three-month commitment; cancellation after this period requires 30 days' written notice. The 30-Day Sprint, once confirmed, is a fixed engagement and is non-refundable once work has commenced, except as set out in our Diagnostic Guarantee below.
5. Our Guarantee
If our 90-Minute Diagnostic does not surface at least one clear, actionable operational problem worth fixing, we will refund the session in full. This guarantee applies to the Diagnostic only and must be raised within 14 days of the session.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your business where relevant to an engagement, and to make reasonable time available for sessions you have booked. Advice and recommendations are based on the information you provide; we are not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate or incomplete information.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all business information shared with us during an engagement as confidential, and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
Frameworks, templates, and materials provided as part of the Scale Kit or any engagement remain the intellectual property of OKE Advisory unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use them within your own business, but may not resell, redistribute, or repackage them for commercial use by others.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our advice is intended to help improve how your business operates, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or investment results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKE Advisory's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
10. Client Selection
The Monthly Retainer and 30-Day Sprint are limited-capacity services. We reserve the right to decline or defer an engagement where it does not fit our current capacity or areas of expertise.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or business protections that may apply in the jurisdiction where you are based.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
